I'm here to answer any questions you may have about my photography experience!
Portrait Sessions:
How many outfits can I bring? -- You can bring 2-3 different outfits to get a variety of different photos! I recommend bringing one "elevated" everyday outfit like a nice shirt and jeans and one slightly more formal outfit such as a dress. But the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident! Pinterest is a great place to find outfit ideas if you're needing some inspiration.
Will we take photos at multiple locations? -- Yep, we can shoot at up to 2 different locations or we can spend more time just moving around one location, it's totally up to you.
Can I take photos with a friend? -- Absolutely! If you book back-to-back sessions, you'll both get a $40 discount and be able to take some fun memorable photos together.
Can I bring my dog or my family members? -- Yes, I'd love to meet your dog! And for senior shoots, your parents/siblings are welcome to come along if you'd like!
Are you willing to help me brainstorm location ideas? -- For sure! In fact, over the few years that I've done photography I've gotten to know some of the best spots for photos in the Truckee, Tahoe, and Reno areas so I'd love to help you out.
Commercial Brand Photos:
Who is this type of shoot for? --Whether you're just starting out as an entrepreneur or your business just needs updated photos, I will deliver professional looking images that showcase your product or service in a unique way!
What can this shoot include? -- Commercial branding photos range from images of your product, your storefront, your employees, and you doing your craft.
How will this photos help my business grow? -- My goal is to provide you with gorgeous brand photos that will stand out and attract your dream clients and customers. You can use them on your website, social media, business cards, and more!
Payment and Contract:
How will I pay for the photo session? -- You can pay before our session or the day of but I have to receive full payment by the end of our session. I accept payment in forms of Venmo, cash, or check.
Will I sign a contract? -- Yep! I'll bring a one-page contract for you to sign right before our photo session in order to provide the best service to you and cover my business legally. The contract goes over photo rights, payment, refunds, and model release.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied? -- Yes, I offer complete refunds up to two weeks after returning the photos. The contract makes this policy super clear.
Photo Delivery:
When will I get to see our photos? -- You'll receive about 10 edited "sneak peek" photos the day after the photo shoot! Then I will cull and edit the rest of the photos and within two weeks of our shoot, you will receive an email to me with a digital gallery.
Do you charge for each individual photo I want to keep? -- Nope, the price of the photos is included in the booking fee. It is all-inclusive, meaning you pay for the photo session as well as the final edited photos upfront.
Can I download them easily? -- Yes! I send the digital galleries through a platform called PixieSet which makes it super easy to view and download the photos online and share them to all your devices. You can also purchase prints through the PixieSet store if you are interested.
Can I have the RAW photos? -- Nope, sorry I don't give out RAW photos to clients. They are extremely large files, making it hard to transfer and editing the images is a huge part of what makes my art and photography unique to me.
